Hi, I’m Tiffany — the mom behind Momciety.

I started this space because I know firsthand how heavy motherhood can feel, especially when you’re also carrying anxiety, depression, or past trauma. For a long time, I felt like I had to be “strong” all the time — holding it together for my family while secretly falling apart inside. The truth is, motherhood is beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming, isolating, and messy.

I created Momciety so moms like us would never feel like we’re fighting these battles alone. This is a safe space where we can be honest about the struggles, share tools that actually help, and remind each other that we’re strong, worthy, and still standing — even on the hardest days.

If you’ve ever whispered to yourself, “I can’t keep doing this,” I want you to know that you’re not broken and you’re not failing. You belong here. Together, we’ll take the pressure off, find peace in the chaos, and support each other through every season of motherhood.

My Story

From Surviving to Supporting – Why I Created Momciety
By T. Jae

I didn’t create Momciety because I had everything figured out.
I created it because I was struggling to hold on — to myself, my sanity, and my faith.

Motherhood was never supposed to feel this lonely.
But for a long time, I was drowning in silence.
Smiling for my kids during the day… and crying into my pillow at night.

I’ve lived with anxiety.
I’ve battled depression.
I’ve carried the scars of PTSD — trauma rooted in childhood pain, including the complicated relationship I had with my mother.

It hurts to admit that the person who gave you life can also leave deep emotional wounds.
But healing begins when you stop hiding the hurt.
And that’s what I finally did.

                                       Finding Faith in the Darkness

In the moments I wanted to give up, I cried out to God.
There were times I didn’t know what to pray… but my tears became my prayers.
And even when I felt broken beyond repair — He was still there.

God didn’t remove all my pain, but He gave me strength in it.
He sent reminders — small moments of grace, a whisper in my spirit, a verse I needed to hear.
And one of His greatest gifts?
My husband.

Through the darkest seasons, my husband never left my side.
He reminded me of who I was when I forgot.
He prayed over me, spoke life into me, and held my hand through every panic attack and every tear-filled breakdown.

Together, we leaned on faith.
We trusted that the story wasn’t over — even when it felt like it was.

                                     Why I Created Momciety

Momciety was born from that place — the intersection of pain and purpose, heartbreak and healing, struggle and surrender.

I created it for every mom who loves her family deeply but feels like she’s losing herself in the process.
For every woman carrying trauma, guilt, shame, or exhaustion.
For the mama who believes in God but still wonders, “Why me?”

Here, you’re safe.
Here, we talk about it all — the tears, the faith, the therapy, the journaling, the motherhood identity crisis, and the moments you feel like giving up.

You’re not weak for struggling.
You’re human.
And you’re loved.

                               You Are Not Alone

If you’ve ever whispered, “God, I can’t do this anymore,”
but woke up and kept going anyway — this space is for you.

Momciety is a faith-led, heart-centered community.
A reminder that you can hold both — the pain and the promise.
That you can believe in healing, even when it feels far away.
That you are not too broken to be used by God.
And that your story matters — maybe even more than you realize.
